Here’s a quick round up from myself and the Longbridge Team,

Our Priorities

What’s Been Happening?

We have conducted reassurance patrols in the Northfield Train station area this week, engaging with residents walking their dogs, heading for the train and on the way to school. 

We have continued to liaise with our shops and businesses on Longbridge Retail Park, Great Park, Arden Road, using the information we are given to target our patrols at the most problematic times, identify offenders and deter anti-social behaviour.

We held our PCSO Meets The Community at Arden Road shops and had productive discussions with the residents about the issues in Frankley. 

We assisted with the arrest of a shoplifter on Longbridge Retail Park. PCSO’s on patrol were alerted to a suspicious male. PCSO’s identified this male as one who had committed theft several days earlier. Officers were then called.

We attended the Cofton Park Pride of Longbridge Car Show. It was amazing to see such a range of MG and Rover cars, ranging from the very old to the very new. We even discovered the two police vehicles! 

We attended our walk with Holly Gardens Streetwatch. We had a clear and bright evening to take in all of the estate on our patrol. Great to join them this week.
